I have a home I need to sell, can you help?

Yes! Even if you are not considering building with Symphony Homes, I will be happy to help you get the best market value for your property. Call me for a free market analysis.

A lot of our Symphony Homes buyers plan on using the equity from their current home as a construction deposit. Call me to discuss options. We can definitely help you get started building your Symphony Home, even if you haven't sold your current home yet.

How long does it take to build a new home with Symphony?

Our current build time is approximately 12 months, depending on the size and complexity of your home. We will only hire the best contractors and allow you to thoroughly design the home of your dreams. You can't rush a masterpiece.

Can you help me build a home in any of Symphony Home's communities?

Absolutely! I can help you build or buy a Quick move-in home in any of our communities.

Do you build on my lot?

Symphony Homes can build on your lot! Call me for more information!

How do I reserve a lot?

To reserve a lot, we require a deposit of 1% of the purchase price, which will consist of the base price of the floor plan, lot premium (if any) and cost of any priced options for your home (if any).

Do you build custom homes?

Although we are a custom builder, we do require you to start with one of our award-winning floor plans. We'll go over your needs and I will help you make any changes to build a home that meets your needs and reflects your personality.

How big are your lots?

Our smallest lots are typically about 1/4 of an acre. In some communities, our largest lots are about 3/4 of an acre.

Where do you build?

We have been building in Davis County for more than 30 years. We currently have new communities in Tooele, Salt Lake and Utah counties. We can also build on your own lot!

How do I make sure I get to work with you?

Give me a call or text BEFORE you head to any of our Symphony model homes and I will register you in our system with me so we can work together.
